Welcome to Natural Home Spa
Natural Home Spa is all about home-made beauty treatments, relaxation, and the good health that can be sampled from so many of the naturally growing ingredients of the world. There are so many really great reasons to create your very own spa experience at home, and I’ve tried to put as many of them into this website as I can. It could take a while though, so make sure you keep coming back from time to time to see what’s new.
Why Should Only a Few Spoil Themselves?
While celebrities like Sofia Vergara, Katy Perry, Allison Brie, Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Brittany Spears and Angelina Jolie treat themselves to luxurious- and often very expensive- resorts and day spas all over the world; the rest of us may not have the sort of resources that will allow such an enviable lifestyle. However, you can have the same experience they do at a fraction of the cost just by using a little bit of ingenuity and your own bath or hot tub at home. In fact, a glance through eBay can reveal a wealth of affordable, natural health and beauty items like simple bath salts, bubble bath, books on subjects like natural cures or ideas to help with high blood pressure, chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as other bed/beauty ideas.
Take a glance through your Yellow Pages, too, for lots of health food store contacts and alternative health ideas like acupuncture, natural remedies, and healthy treats like healthy peanut butter. You can even try Craigslist, Amazon or just try looking around Walmart, Target or Home Depot. Then there's social networking options like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, where you can basically search for great home spa and natural providers and ideas. The good old Google search is still a great place to start- or maybe you're a Yahoo, AOL or Bing devotee.

Back to Basics
These days, many people want a more natural lifestyle, and this can mean anything from different dietary intakes to using natural skin care products. Natural foods and skin care products don’t contain unknown ingredients (like chemicals) that could cause harmful allergic reactions. And, while you're paying so much attention to what's good for your body, try to buy ethical, sustainable products from sources around the globe.
Allergic reactions are a nightmare. What’s more, they are becoming more and more common. At Natural Home Spa, I’ll show you how easy it is to make your own beauty treatments that don't contain the harsh chemicals that cause reactions. They will contain natural ingredients- many with healing qualities- and they’ll be at a fraction of the cost of some of the commercial products that are available.
Sit Back and Relax
It doesn’t matter how many treatments you use (or day spas that you visit) if you cannot relax and allow your body to repair itself. Hydrotherapy (sometimes called hydropathy) has been used for promoting health and well being for thousands of years. How many times have you turned to a relaxing bath with some candles or taken time out at a beach to relax?
It’s all about enriching your senses; the soft touch of the water; the visual treats all around you; the smells of different flowers, oils, and aromas from candles.

Hydrotherapy can be traced back to early Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Chinese and Japanese civilizations, when people- especially royalty- bathed in water that was enriched with salts, essential oils and flowers.
Spa tourism has further enhanced the appeal of hydrotherapy, and in turn led to the concept of home spa.
Release the Goddess Within
Water has always been a great source of relaxation. My website will show you many great ways (most of them free) to relax and feel good about yourself. It’s easy to wash away all the stress of a busy lifestyle, or maybe you’ve just not felt yourself for some time.
In addition, I’ll show you some great treatments you can make for free that are just as good, if not better, than products that will cost hundreds of dollars.
Obesity, weight loss and improving your diet Topics covered include weight loss, obesity and improving diet, with an emphasis on avoiding surgery, drugs and shock tactics.
